CHILL ACT events are intended to provide a community resource platform to connect families, vendors, educators, and service providers. Participation is designed to offer visibility, networking, and outreach opportunities, but is not a guaranteed sales or lead-generation program. is a checkbox.*

CHILL ACT does not guarantee any minimum level of sales, revenue, customer engagement, enrollment, or return on investment.Outcomes vary based on vendor presentation, marketing, product/service fit, and attendee interest.*

We work to promote each expo in collaboration with local organizations and partners; however, attendance levels are not guaranteed.

 Vendor participation is accepted with the understanding that actual turnout may vary by city, venue, and community engagement factors.*

Booth locations, participation levels, and sponsor placement are assigned by the CHILL ACT event team and are subject to space availability, venue guidelines, and event layout.

 Requests for specific booth positions will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

Vendors are responsible for:

• Complying with venue rules and regulations

• Managing staff onsite

• Handling materials, setup, and breakdown by stated times

• Providing appropriate signage, displays, and promotional materials

• Operating safely and respectfully to attendees and other vendors

 Requests for specific booth positions will be considered but cannot be guaranteed.

Nonprofit and Disadvantaged Business pricing is offered only upon verification of valid state or federal certification.

 Registrations may be accepted tentatively but are subject to final review and confirmation.*

CHILL ACT, its sponsors, employees, partners, and venue staff are not liable for:

• Lost, stolen, or damaged property

• Personal injury during setup, event hours, or breakdown

• Operational loss, missed opportunities, or business disruptions

Vendors are encouraged to maintain appropriate insurance coverage.

 Registrations may be accepted tentatively but are subject to final review and confirmation.*

CHILL ACT reserves the right to:

• Change event dates or times

• Adjust layouts or booth assignments

• Relocate vendors if required by safety, venue, or operational needs

• Operational loss, missed opportunities, or business disruptions

Vendor participation may be photographed, recorded or showcased registering, you grant CHILL ACT permission to use business names, logos, and booth images for event promotion and media coverage, unless otherwise specified in writing.*

The primary responsibility of CHILL ACT is to organize and manage the expo, provide vendor space, and facilitate public outreach.Vendors are solely responsible for their presentation, engagement practices, sales activities, and follow-up processes with attendees.*
